Christian de Gale
Christian de Gale brings over 22 years of construction leadership experience across South Florida’s most notable residential, commercial, hospitality, and maritime developments. As the President of Developa, he oversees all phases of project execution—from design coordination and client relations to closeout and post-construction operations. Throughout his career, Christian has delivered more high-rise and multifamily projects than any known peer in the region, managing complex developments such as Biscayne Beach, Paraiso District, and 1100 Millecento Residences. Known for his decisive leadership and hands-on approach, he has built a reputation for resolving challenges efficiently, exceeding client expectations, and maintaining strong relationships with governing agencies and industry partners.

Jack London
Jack London is a seasoned financial professional and licensed mortgage broker with over 20 years of experience in private banking, mortgage lending, and financial services. As Principal of C Bridge Inc., Jack specializes in sourcing, underwriting, and managing capital investments in mortgage products, serving both private clients and institutional partners across South Florida.
Before founding his firms, Jack held senior positions at Gibraltar Private Bank, Northern Trust, and Wachovia, where he built extensive expertise in lending solutions for high-net-worth individuals and commercial clients. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University and multiple financial and real estate licenses, including mortgage broker, mutual funds, life and health insurance, and real estate broker credentials

Joe Burke
Joe Burke is a seasoned construction finance executive with over 40 years of construction experience leading financial operations for major construction projects and organizations. As Vice President of Compliance, Joe oversees risk management, audit compliance, cash flow, insurance and bonding, accounting, IT, and HR, ensuring operational efficiency and financial integrity across all departments.
Before joining the team, Joe served as Vice President of Finance at Pavarini South East Construction Company, where he led multiple departments including accounting, cost, insurance, and IT. He began his distinguished career at Turner Construction Company, with some of his assignments including serving as manager of all financial activity and human resources for the $1.5 billion American Airlines Project at Miami International Airport—the largest project in the company’s history. A graduate of Widener University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Joe also proudly served as an Officer in the U.S. Army Special Forces (Green Beret) and is a Vietnam veteran.

Brian Coviello
With nearly four decades of experience in the construction industry, Brian Coviello brings exceptional leadership and technical expertise to every phase of project delivery. His extensive portfolio spans high-rise residential, commercial, aviation, educational, healthcare, and government projects, including landmark developments such as 900 Biscayne Condos, Miami International Airport North Terminal, and Altis Ludlum Trail.
A licensed General Contractor in Florida and a LEED® Accredited Professional, Brian has held senior management roles with AMEC, Turner Construction, and Pavarini Construction, as well as operated his own construction firm. His deep understanding of construction operations, safety, and quality control ensures that every project under his direction meets the highest standards of excellence and efficiency.

Javier Zayas-Bazan
Javier Zayas-Bazan is an accomplished attorney and entrepreneur with extensive experience in real estate, construction, and community association law. As the founder of Zayas Bazan Law PLLC, based on Brickell Avenue, he represents some of South Florida’s most prestigious residential communities—collectively managing nearly 10,000 units with billions in real estate value.
In addition to his legal practice, Javier operates a real estate division and title agency affiliated with Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, overseeing over $70 million in annual transactions. He holds a Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University and an MBA from Florida International University, combining legal insight with business acumen to provide strategic counsel to developers, contractors, and property managers across Florida.
